Unique Hospital Identification (UHID) is your unique patient number.
You will be given a UHID while registering at the hospital; this unique number is used to identify you and will
be linked with you lifelong. Using this number, the hospital will store all your medical records and prescriptions
while you are being treated at Apollo Hospitals.
